Another reason that I hate the Cowboys. Man they sure can pick a nice design. Jealosy is setting in, I don't think we will see a new stadium for the saints for long time.
That stadium design looks incredible. I can't understand why people hate Jerry Jones so much, since the bottom line is that he puts his arse on the line year in and year out. Most teams could only be so lucky.
Well there is reason to dislike Jerry Jones. It's not for things like this, however. The many is a visionary. He is a brilliant businessman. But he is a stupid owner at times. He ran off Jimmy Johnson when he had the opportunity to win a couple of more SBs and keep the train rolling into the late 90s. Yeah, they had salary cap problems, but Johnson would have found a way to win even without the great names on defense. Then he brings in Owens against the will of Parcells, basically ruining ANY chance they had of winning a SB and likely running off Parcells next year if Owens is still around. There are valid reasons to dislike the man.
Shame on you forgetting Chan Gailey. Although, I admit I forgot about the trades they made for Galloway and drafting Quincy Carter. Is Chad Hutchinson gonna make the Pro Bowl this year?
They still had a lot of talent at that point and should not have deteriorated that quickly (he took over a team that just won the SB). But yes, Campo was a total joke.
