I cringed when I read what Dale Brown said about Shaq at the Friday night gala honoring the 100 years of LSU Basketball. I quote, "He looks like King Kong, but inside is really Bambi". I'm sure he loves Shaq like a son but he should know better than to say something like that.

:geaux: Nothing wrong with what he said. That's just Dale Brown. I'm sure Shaq wasn't bothered by what Dale said. When are we going to stop letting the "Correct speech Nazi's" and the PC Police stop dictating what we say and how we say it? :LSU231:

Wel, Dale has always spoke his mind and I don't see anything wrong with it. He knows Shaq as well as anybody.

If you really need to ask that question then never mind.

PETA says it's OK to refer to Shaq as Bambi

honestly, when some things are said you have to look at the way they were intended. dale doesn't mean anything by that.

Seems you've found offense in Mr. Brown's remark. Please enlighten us on how you've arrived at this conclusion.

Shaq remains very close to Coach Brown to this day. I'm sure that Shaq understands what he meant.

If you go looking for something in anything, you'll find it.

Seems he may have found something the rest of us unenlightened folk missed. I mean, its like he's a conspiracy theorist, seeing something somewhere, that might mean something else, but in all reality means jack ****.
