    chili on the stove simmering, getting ready to change into my lucky gold with black trim night shirt.

    but am i the only one that is nervous? I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. I guess that having been a Saints fan for 23 years now, this is new and uncharted territory.

    Cant wait for kickoff. I have been working hard all morning with the wife. Cleaning the house, finishing touches on the Gumbo, some velvetta/rotel dip, and boudin. About 15 people on the way.

    Just picked up 2 extra large Red Necks from Zippi's. For those not from this area they are Jim Beam Slushes basically.
