let it go podnuh......you seem to be miserable and intent on making others so as well. When LSU hoists the crystal again you'll bitch 'cause they didn't score enough, or shut out the other team, or some such nonsense.....

i've seen blowhards like you sit on a bar stool and loudly proclaim why a particular play didn't work....AFTER the play, all the while proclaiming what a failure the team is, or the coach is, or.....well, you get the picture.

I'm willing to bet that at your work it's always someone else's fault, or the manager is just stupid. Hell, if they'd just listen to you, the sky would be the limit!

I'm frustrated over the results of the BCSNCG as well, but even you have to realize that 13-1 is a special season but then again, maybe not.

the constant whining has gotten old.

What's gotten old is the whining and personal attacks against people that don't have the same opinion as you. If you are tired of discussing the MNC game than just stop responding to posts about it. No need to personally attack someone because you don't like their viewpoint.

Can we merge this thread with every other "Bash Les Miles - Les Miles is garbage - Les Miles is the worst coach ever" thread? Please mods please? They're all becoming quite redundant now.

AMEN!!! For the two weeks following the BCSNCG everyone was entitled to some whining and discontent over the game and everything associated with it (i.e. coaching, quarterback, etc.). That said, enough is enough.

Geez, here we are over three weeks after the fact and some of these guys just can't accept the fact that we lost the game. period. Let's move on. 2012 Baby! 14-0!

It's not like there are a lot of threads competing right now, it's kind of slow. A few people are getting very tiresome with the same old complaints, however, and should consider backing off.

I'll be devil's advocate and maybe it's just me, but I have never understood why someone can't come on a message board and share their concerns, even if they aren't positive. I haven't read anything about Superman ever calling for Miles' job. Ive read shots being thrown out, most of them tongue and cheek, and alot pretty funny if you ask me, even if it is negative at times. If it offends alot of you guys on here, my suggestion is to just ignore it. So the guy throws critical complaints at Les Miles, so what?

You know if I do my job to perfection, 80% of the time, that's a pretty good percentage, but that other 20% of the time I suck, I'm not going to be judged on the 80%. Why should a football coach be any different?

My problem is never someone who has an opinion different from mine. My problem is this: most of the same people who are now hating CLM and endlessly bashing him were some of the same people having a suckfest over the 13-0 record. That doesn't matter now, though. Constantly hearing the same sh*t from the same few over and over and over again...it gets repetitive. When does it end? Besides, kal-el isn't necessarily the person, or the only person I'm referring to. Seen lots of first time posters since the game who came here to do nothing more than bitch about Miles.

    I don't conform. I am who I am, period.

I have no problem reading the detractors posts, and don't wish to censor them at all. However that doesn't mean I am going to not respond with my opinion. Post what I feel are unwarranted and unsupported attacks on the team, players our coaches then you set yourself up for sharp rebuttals.

Attacking Miles while calling him all sorts of things even though he has the best record in LSU history and has run an incredible program deserves a tongue lashing. Of course guys like me are wasting our time as these guys will never let the facts get in the way of a good rant but what the hell, I do it anyway.

Not one to quickly get in the middle of a purple spat, BUT, it seems much of the anger is so personally directed at Miles and his supposed inability to coach this team up for the NC game.

It's my belief when a team comes out flat in big moments, it involves the whole team. This did not happen. LSU was more than determined, no matter how successful Bama was throwing the ball, not to give in to the rushing game. I got the feeling throughout the game, if LSU had completed a big passing play the momentum would swing and the game was on.

It seems that Miles is getting killed because TigerLand will not accept the idea that Bama really was that good and that dominate? That would explain why Les just didn't expect the meat grinder he ran into. It would reasonable explain why the players just didn't have answers on a night it mattered most. Not just JJ, but the OL and the running backs were all hitting the same brick wall.

I give credit where credit is due. Bama's defense came out and punched LSU's offensive line right in the mouth and that set the tone for the game.

People need to give them some phucking credit. They won, fair and square, and didn't have to cheat to do it. That's it. Game over. Time to move on (for most) to next season and the bright future ahead.
