I am convinced that our defensive troubles stem from the inability to get any sort of push. I recall only 2 times that our dbs either got beat or blew the assignment. The trask kid looked really good and was putting the ball on target. Have to give him credit there.
“Preseason they got kudos for best bookends in America with Lawrence and Logan ... Add one Tyler Shelvin who will likely play pro if he can keep up with an improved work ethic.” Who said it? 90 Rashard Lawrence 6-2, 308, SR 72 Tyler Shelvin 6-3, 346, SO 97 Glen Logan 6-4, 309, JR Anyone see this lineup lately ... Crickets ... We all wait ... Some Patiently ... The Three Nasty Amigos will return soon with one sorely missed Terrace Marshall at WR Froggie (Blasphemer with Christ Fixation) did you ever delete the Jesus Frog ... It’s Sunday and a good day for it ... and did you get a name of the THREE TEAMS who gonna beat LSU ... 1. 2. 3. P.S. - I like your coked out maniacs ... Esp the last one ...
Didn't they all play last night? Don't recall any of them showing out. Shelvin needs to drop a few pounds, a few meaning 40 or so. Lawrence is soft. They HAVE to be a LOT better
I am beginning to sound like caca being a bit of a homer for Aranda, but I think we are about to show up, better than what we have seen so far. I really believe he is a smart enough cat to adjust correctly and that is a plus for consideration. Getting an entire gameplan to succeed is hard for any school, even the gumps. I get being down on the dude when a 1st half looks porous, but judge him entire on his outcome. So far, he is a winner and some young talent is gonna mesh even better over time. Look, give Florida some credit here, Aranda had to beat Mullin who has had a bead on LSU for some time. Christ, Florida smelled blood in the east with the dawgs going down, they came to play, yunno. Aranda came back in the 2nd half and shut em up after just 1 score. Stingley, fucking Stingley, man. That boy loves him a big game. Watching him only grow, we are all in for a special treat. That kid is a world-beater. He has earned his Viking horns
Give Trask all day and he looks Heisman worthy. Pressure him a little and he throws like dogshit. I truly believe he had no checkdown. Mullen just tells him to look the other way, then turn to his only target. Jam receivers at line and pressure with the LBs and he folds like a cheap tent.
I'm not even down on him, not even a little. IMO its the players that have to execute. The tackling in the 1st half and no push from the DL
The same D-line that had 2 of its starters just return after a few games? Yeah, it took a minute for that to get organized, but it did and Chaisson started to eat. Great players show up when great players are counted on. Everybody ate in the second half.
