Just wondering what you guys think about the umpire helmet camera. I don't mind it for replays of pitches, but it really sucks for live action. You can't see anything when the ball is put in play because the ump is moving. Just terrible!

Gators smoking tha u like a cheap cigar.

The ump cam makes things a little dizzy. Adds nothing to the game the 80 other cameras don't, unless the ump is sober.

I hope the Gators get it all out of their system tonight.

After my original post, I realized that I was watching the "multi-cam" link on WatchESPN. I'm now watching on ESPN TV and enjoying the game much more (except that it's now a blowout).

In the first game, the home plate ump was pretty steady and you could actually see the strikes he was calling. The ump in the Florida game can't hold still. One wonders how he's getting the calls right.

You can't see the plate so it offers nothing but tunnel vision.
