1. You would think that the #1 overall seed would be the favorite. OH WAIT! They didn't get out of their regional! :)

  2. Yes we did.
  3. I think it will be Poche only because TCU is loaded with lefties.

  4. Poche it is. I like the move. He's been rock solid in the NCAA tournament so far. Add in all of TCU's lefties plus he's more experienced than Lange, I think it's the right move by Mainieri.

  6. well i didnt know tcu had a lot of lefties but i woulda started poche simply because lange cant pitch on 4 days rest as someone mentioned at the beginning. im guessing poche can.

does anyone know for sure if this feller will go game 3?

  7. I said Lange but I didn't know either that the Frogs had so many leftys. If it wasn't for that starting Lange on Sunday gives him more rest than he will now get starting on Tuesday. If he started Sunday he would be ready to pitch game 1 of the Championship series on the following Monday. Now he won't be ready to pitch again until the next Wednesday if the CS goes 3 games. Jack Wholestaff better be ready to eat up some innings.
  8. From the Box, start time 2:35.
My friend that I eat lunch with on Fridays when in BTR, he's the scoreboard operator at the Box, he sends me that start times in a rain delay.
  9. Wouldn't be an LSU game without a little weather delay. Ironically, espn plays thunder and lightning. So I made bagels instead.
