federal contracts should go to whoever they go to, without favoring small business over large corporations.

Why should the government favor small businesses? What if the big companies can do it better, faster, or cheaper? If the big and the small do it with the same level of effectiveness and efficiency why should it matter which one the contract goes to?

Because it's heavily slanted towards Big Business right now. Just make it fair. Small Business is the backbone of our economy, they hire more people and create more jobs.

making it fair means making it fair, not favoring small business.

You should quit digging. And quit listening to Red. Big companies and the rich who lead them are not evil and unpatriotic anti-Americans.

How is it slanted twords big business? Be specific and stop repeating what you heard some liberal commentator say.

    man busted.... :bncry:

23% of federal contract dollars go to small business. That is slanted. By the way, I got that from reading, not from watching liberal television, which I quit doing a few years ago... pissed me off too much.... totally negated the pot smoke.

What percentage of those dollars were part of contracts that were far too large for a small business to take on? Also, what percentage of contracts that went to large businesses were subcontracted to small businesses?

    Good questions...

Found this, which is kind of opposite of what you are asking...

61 large businesses among top 100 winning contracts meant for small firms, analysis finds - FederalTimes.com

Once again it's Washington playing favorites.
