Crowton - Yes or No

that's a no-brainer. i'm talking about the poll, not crowton. well, maybe both.

 

According to many, polls like this one are the reason LSU is losing recruits. Please stop this madness and take this poll down before our entire class of 2010 commits go elsewhere.

 

If polls and displeasure with coaching staffs on message boards could cause kids to de-commit, than no one would commit anywhere...

And on top of that, every time a negative thread is started on an LSU board, that makes Miles want to bail for Michigan. And no other good coach will ever want to come here. We'll have to rehire Curley Hallman. Death and destruction, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria!

Oh yeah, the poll question. Even if you don't think Crowton is an inept playcaller and abysmal QB coach (as I do), I think he'll go because he and Les have two completely different offensive philosophies.

I voted to fire him. Throw in Stud while we're at it. I would like to see Miles hire a pro-style OC who can groom QBs and sprinkle in a little wildcat. Miles wants to have an offense with a physical running attack and Crowton hasn't delivered that. Not to mention the fact that we aren't recruiting backs that fit the spread offense. I would have no problem handing the offense to Billy Gonzales, but not unless we fully commit to the spread.
