As for Stud, I have no freaking idea, his buyout ain't crap and there is no such thing as an iron clad coaching contract. Coaches get fired all the time for poor performance, and Stud fits that bill to a T.
Anybody else thinks GC finds employment elsewhere? Until the Bears fill their staff I am not giving up hope!
From what I know this door isn't closed yet, as in him leaving for another job, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Here is a problem with him getting a job like the one with the Bears. The pay increase has to be worth him moving and taking on the stress of the NFL. He already wasn't a success there, and offers of only a WR coach may only pay him a little more than he is making now. I don't think he is interested in a small raise just to be in the NFL. The stress of moving your family across the country and the pressure of the NFL are significantly greater than college.
