Crowton took the 2010 ACC Freshman of the Year and ruined him in just over half a season. If theres is a just God he'll never be hired as a D-1 HC or OC ever again. Normally I would say he's a much better fit in the NFL where his rocket science schemes he loves so much have a better chance of success, and where he doesn't have to teach fundamentals. But as Green Bay is showing this season, even basic, simple offenses can be devastating if you have the right personnel and execution. And that immediately rules Crowton out.
