I am just saying, that replacing Crowton doesn't mean things magically get better. Hopefully Miles earns his paycheck and makes the right call.
If my house is on fire, there's no guarantee that if I run out the front door I won't be struck dead by lightning in the front yard. But I know for sure that if I stay in the burning house there's a 100% chance I'll die. Obviously there's no guarantee that the next guy would do any better than Crowton, but we know what we're getting with Crowton, and it's abundantly clear by now that the offense will never make sufficient progress under him.
What the Hell is Miles thinking? He has a chance to ditch the guy without firing him and acts like he wants him to stay. Please no, not another(4th) season of the dazed and confused cluster puck we call an offense!!!!!!
Let's not jump out a window. I have not liked the O any better than anyone else, would be happy to see Crow Geaux! But, it he stays, it is possible that JJ & JL didn't have all the abilities to develop into good SEC caliber QBs. They're Jr.s and it ain't there. Maybe if Mettenberger comes and is the real deal, we'll go back to a Matt Flynn offense, which Crowton called. That's looking on the bright side, it helps sometimes.
Quote from Dandy Dons site... GC: Then Miles comments: Miles must be on crack, the offense going from the 100s to the 90s is not a real improvement, and our QBs did not mature... wonder what team he's been watching. Regardless we're stuck with GC for another season.
