Look,I don't expect the ones that just stated their opinions or wants about all of this to eat crow. It's the ones that claimed to have "inside information" and the ones who were sure that miles was gone. Now if he did have his mind made up and was on his way out then changed it,how lucky does he feel now that we are in the championship,or "tha ship" as our players pronounce it.
I was sure last week after saying all year that Meechigan would screw up the negotiations. So I guess I deserve a piece of that crow pie. I think any longtime observer of coaching changes could easily put the pieces together in what seemed like the inevitable. I still think he was leaving until that story broke and he was forced into a corner. I also think Meechigan was low balling him which is what I said all along would happen. Regardless, give me a chomp.
Ok, I am back for my last helping of CROW. I still cannot believe how the events from noon Saturday to 8pm Sunday ALL went in our favor. I was really doubting our chances of winning Sat, and our chances of keeping CLM, etc. From this point forward I will remain focused on the crystal, and will stick to the NC game threads on this forum. :geaux: :crystal:
I am bringing this old post back up for anyone else that would like to try a serving. We gots fried crow, cajun injected, baked, stir fried and crow-a-la-cart. What'll it be? To the ones that didn't buy into the espn hype,it's bar-bque shrimp with crabmeat stuffed flounder for you. never forget our soldiers, especially this time of year.I'm sure there's plenty of other things they would rather be doing during christmas besides protecting our way of life.
I'm back ... 2 helpings of stir-fried crow for me please!!! :crystal: :geaux: :crystal: :geaux: :crystal:
In the spirt of Christmas maybe it should the Crow should be injected, fired and served with a side order of West Virginia Mountaineer oysters.
I wanted to bring this THREAD back. I had my doubts about all of this ... 1) We lost to R-Kansas and our #1 ranking 2) Wasn't sure we'd win the SEC title with RP at QB 3) Wasn't sure we wanted Pelini coaching our D in the BCSNCG after accepting HC position at Nebraska 4) Wasn't sure we would be 100% healthy for title game 5) Wasn't sure Miles and staff would out-coach Tressel and Co. I must admit. This is the best CROW I have ever tasted. Everyone can say "I told you so!!!" YUMMY!!! :crystal: :champs: :crystal: :champs: :crystal:
