    Well Sylvester Croom represented MSU with class and dignity. He cleaned house early on and at least last year put a quality product on the field. Can he coach defense? ( j/k :grin:)

    When they start demanding that 81% of the players be white their argument that 19% of the coaches should be black will have much more legitimacy. JMO
    IMO both arguments are/would be stupid.

    Agreed. I always liked Croom as a coach and really hoped he did well there. Oh well but he is a class act and I wish him the best in his next step!

    I'm sad that Coach Croom resigned. I think he's one of the "good guys" and sorry it didn't work out better for him at State. He inherited a "dead" program and did a good job of resotoring respect at Miss. State. Not an easy task.

    Reading an article on ESPN site about Croom's resignation. Here's a little quote from that article, regading the Egg Bowl blowout by Ole Miss:

    agree and agree. he was left a mess and at least tried to get that cow pasture cleaned up.
