I'm hoping for a SEC team in the NCG and LSU in the Sugar Bowl and I think that will only happen if Auburn wins out and LSU takes care of business so I guess I'm pulling (well not really pulling but you know) for Auburn. That said, I think the 3-4 is the best defense to stop the Auburn offense and I predict a close Alabama win.
Alabama could find themselves in the big game as well. It does require an unprecedented NCAA shut em down, an FBI sting, a cholera outbreak and a twister affecting at least two western states. "It ain't over till it's over."
Tusk as you can see it is a mixed bag of nuts in regard to who to get behind in this game, which should equally match the fans in the stadium today. I have said it before, so I will repeat it for you in your thread. In all my 45 yrs of knowingly being a Tiger fan, I can not remember a day that I was cheering for the Tide. I have professed to you several times that it would never happen, well I was wrong. In a self serving effort I find myself having to get behind the Tide in hopes that they can take care of business. So with that GEAUX TIDE beat the Plainsmen. There I said it, don't expect me to ever say it again. Really though, I hope your boys play a good sound game, bring your signature Saban D and exploit AU's weak secondary with McElroy and Jones. Good luck today. Oh BTW do the rest of the SEC a favor and make sure that Mr Fairly gets some really nice remember me shots.
