So .. what do the computer polls look like these days?? Do the computers have Bama sitting at #2, or is that purely an artifact of the dumb ass Robert Smiths of the world. Edit ... Never mind .. I found it. I was correct. It is the dumb ass Robert Smiths of the world who have Bama sitting at #2. The objective computer rankings have Bama at #3, Okie State is #2. Personally, I think this B.S. that bama gets to sit at home at watch the rest of the FBS destroy each other while they wait for their spot in the NCG handed to them on a stolen silver platter is just wrong. If Okie State wins out, and LSU wins out .. there is your NC game. To put Bama in over Okie State would be pure corruption. .. due to homerism and homers .. like Robert [I bend over for Saban] Smith.
Did he actually say that? I know he's feeble minded, but certainly he can look up the current BCS rankings in detail, can't he?
Never quite knew where to look. ... feeble minded and all! But .. I did accidently fall into it. But thought I just go the easy route, and ask you, being as you are in the infallible of all infallibles, and know everything there is to know. BTW .. it's rude to talk to people in the thrid person.
4 out of 6 computers have Okie St. at #2 in the polls. The other 2 at #3. Alabama is at #3 in 4 of the computers and #2 in the other 2. If Okie lite did capture all of the computer's attention at the #2 spot, this would only change said position by .02 points in the BCS poll. While it's true that no one should be measured by the Robert Smith's of the world, it's also true that these computers are consistently failing these all important "eye test." Seeing is believing and these bad boys of technology are at a serious disadvantage.
I love what someone said in another post. The AP is just a lovely parting gift. It is not the national championship trophy. It is the AP trophy. IMHO.
