Noted - but Joe Burrow won’t play here more than 2 years. The future is always at the door. This desperation while possibly beneficial short term will have repercussions.
Dear lord the naïveté . None of these kids give a damn about being a Tiger. If Burrow comes here it’s not for the purple and gold. It’s for the green. He wants a shot to get to the NFL. Reality
Does any good QB actually start and play anywhere for more than 2 years? If Burrows is better than our present cadre of QB's only good can come of it.
Saw a video of this kid in a spring game. Arm and accuracy look above average. My only concern was that it looked like he locked in on his receivers as soon as the ball was snapped. There were some plays where he did check down, but SEC teams might learn how to read his eyes pretty early.
Or just wants to play. There's a kid now that's running with the 2's on the OL...has his degree in less than three years and wants to transfer. Good for him. He just wants to play on Saturday's. I mean...ya gotta give a nod to that, ya know?
He looks pretty good at making the short and intermediate throws that our QB's have been unable to do.
How do you know? What if mostly unplayed Brennan & completely nplayed Narcisse go to another school & win a Championship? McMillan? Can Orgeron hangout in the parking lot to catch OSU's, maybe Notre Dame, USC & Oregon's etc. QB Leftovers every single year? Will a potential QB recruit see 3 mainly unplayed/untested QB's that committed to LSU in good faith, to be tossed aside & fucked over, just because Orgeron or his staff can't "Coach up" QB's? Should Urban Meyer or others be paid by LSU as the QB coach on the "Shadow staff"? Glynth Guilbeau seems to think it's "Okey Dokey" to Fuck over current players, so there's that... https://www.theadvertiser.com/story...=google&utm_medium=amp&utm_campaign=speakable
