Could Florida/Tebow face NCAA infractions?

    Doesn't sound like Tim had anything to do with this directly, so how could they possibly find him in any kind of fault? Think this is someone just wanting to stir the pot so to speak! I doubt anything will become of it, at least not against Tebow or UF.

    Yeah, that is a really bizarre article. Some random guy, unaffiliated with Tebow or UF, is selling unlicensed merchandise and might jeopardize Tebow's eligibility? Horse feathers!

    The issue here is infringement of trademarks and rights of publicity by the merchant and his ilk, not amateur eligibility. The author doesn't seem to know what he is talking about.
