I thought TT would throw all over Ole Miss. I am pretty impressed with Ole Miss today. This game is strengthening my thoughts that Florida will beat the crap out of Ok. A Big time Big12 team that really has no defense for an SEC team.

Florida will beat Oklahoma. Sam Bradford (an excellent QB) will find out what it's like to hit the turf. I hate Ole Miss, but they DO have an SEC defense.
Ole Miss has already put up 527 yards on the Texas Tech D (Ole Miss put up a total of 409 yards on the LSU D when we played them).
Ole Miss is really representing the SEC favorably today. I'm impressed with the coaching job by Houston Nutt this year. All in all, I'm a bit surprised to see Ole Miss taking it to TT. Remember, TT scored its first 14 off OM turnovers... Looks like the SEC west will be tougher this fall! One could say that Bama and Ole Miss have replaced Auburn as the teams we NEED to beat to win the division. I think I just did. Wonder how Bama will do with the Utes tonight? :geaux:
I joked to someone that playing defense is a penalty in the Big 12, and for 15 if it's intentional, but they seem to be making the joke real. Wow. Yeah, it makes me feel much better about our chances come next week, that's for sure. Now if Ohio State can clobber Texas (looks plausible, now that Ole Miss beat Tech) and Alabama blast Utah...
what this does is makes the bcs look like it got it right. also this has to make the gator fan feel good because look at what the 1 team that gave them a blemish did to TT.
Maybe the Big 12 was a bit overrated this year, but the Big 11 is absolutely horrid. That conference has been a sham. So why the hell is Ohio State in a BCS bowl? How? I expect Texas to stomp OSU.
