I'm watching the Iron Bowl and at halftime Spencer Tillman gave his projections for the SEC bowl season. IF we beat Arkansas he has us going to the Cotton Bowl. If we end up losing to Arkansas he has us going to the Music City Bowl. Again, these are HIS projections but this seems very accurate to me. It looks like we will be playing Bo's Huskers in the Cotton Bowl unless Les Miles decides to have another meltdown tomorrow...
I'd rather the Cotton as well. We've only played their once recently, and we lost. Need to correct that record there:geaux:
Oh, no!? The Cotton Bowl isn't going to be played at the stadium at the Fairgrounds? Sorry to be dumb, but I love the traditions and I have traveled to that stadium a few times. However, it would be cool to play in the new stadium. Whatever, it won't be the same "Cotton Bowl" in a new stadium.
Cotton Bowl would be great. Much nicer ring than Music City. Plus you have both the tradition and the new stadium. Hope we get a good match up (yeah, I am counting my chickens (piggies) already. Would not hurt us a bit to kick some rear end on our last game of the season. FIrst we have to and will beat the Razorbacks. Geaut Tigers, Geaux Cotton Bowl! hwr
