I'm talking about most parties (If you want to call it that) having a bucket. I was at a Tailgate party this year at A&M, a large spread from Jason's Deli, but this was the founder of Jason's Tailgate. I rather that. Now, I do like Co-Canes, but not as the main course. Just till the main course is ready. 100 pizzas? Normal Friday night. Just how much beer was needed for 100 pizzas?
It was a tailgate type setup. Lots of folding tables and chairs on the frat lawn. I have eaten at Jason's several times and I've always found their food to be pretty bland and generic
I always fry up a bunch of corn dogs at out tailgates. I generally cook something that has a lot of aromatics, and I get a lot of visiting walk ups asking what I am cooking. After I explain the dish to the guest, I escort them to the bucket of corn dogs, and tell them to help themselves. If they hang around I'll give em some of the good stuff too, but I don't tell em the secret for getting the best meat in a gumbo.
I don't understand how something this stupid caught on, unless we can describe most of the fan bases of all other SEC schools (not LSU of course) as being ignorant.
