Very true, but how much hesitation leading up to the point of no return? I would bet a ton in today's atmosphere. After you're getting your ass beat of course not, but how many times are cops hesitating to use force putting themselves in position to lose the upper hand?
no, the most talked about issue with police has been police brutality, it has nothing to do with being pc, it has everything to do with not using excessive force. but to use that as an excuse not to perform your job is bs.

That's what it sounds like to me too, it's a convenient excuse, and I agree we should wait for the evidence. More of a reason for body cams too.
