I was rooting for VT but I had a bad feeling about the replay. I didn't think it was a catch but was hoping they wouldn't have enough evidence to overturn it.
Is it just me....Or was that one of the worst played sugar bowls of all time?? Not as far as competiveness, but just overall good football?
I too thought it was a reception. The ball never looked loose in his possession. I was shocked they overturned it with the angles they were showing.
I clearly saw the end of the ball hit the ground and move upward which helped him secure it. I agree with the call.
Let's count the mistakes...... 1. Roughing the kicker 2. Fumbled a kickoff 3. Failed to pick up the first down on a fake punt 4. Missed FG in overtime All this from a program that once took pride in winning games on big plays by the special teams.
That is a good picture I hadn't seen, so I believe they got right now. Damn UGA and VtU gave the big 10 their wins. Damn!
