If you don't remember, I'm the Hokie that had the YouTube video of our trip and experience in Baton Rouge. My group had a fantastic time talking it up with you all in Baton Rouge. I've been cheering for you guys all season long. The season may not have gone down the way you expected it (two 3OT losses), but it has all worked out in the end for you. I remember sitting in the bar on championship weekend cheering for you guys to beat UT. Then, after watching Mizzou AND WVU go down, I realized that we could have gotten into DA GAME if you guys had lost. Ah well. I don't think OSU is going to be ready for your speed on Defense. Hopefully Dorsey will be healthy and good to go. We ended up having a pretty great year. We atoned for the HORRIBLE loss to BC in October, and Kansas is up next! I think the Kansas offense creates MANY problems for our defense, but I think we'll find a way to win in the 4th quarter. I just wanted to post and say how much I enjoyed my trip, this season, and seeing all of you guys posting over on TechSideLine. I really wish we could get a series started up with you guys every couple of years...I could use the trip to NAWLINS every once in awhile. WAR DAMN GOBBLER!!! GEAUX HOKIES AND GEAUX TIGERS!!!
Classy post! Thanks for the kind words. I was in the same situation rooting for VT then realizing a VT loss would have been better once WVU and Mizzoou both lost. You guys had a great season and I fully expect you to take care of Kansas. Good luck.
Tbone, Thanks for stopping back by and the good post! I've watched VT and pulled for you guys all season. You have acquitted yourselves very well, congratulations on an excellent season. I had Vtech as my #2 team behind LSU at season's end. I still think you guys got a raw deal in the human polls. Good luck with Kansas. You should win that one without a tremendous amount of trouble.
