I have heard alot of people complaining about the long lines at the concession stands this weekend at The Box.

Are there plans for walk around vendors like at TS and the old Box?

    This would help the lines.

I actually didn't have or see any problems with long lines this weekend, but I only went once during the game.

Well, I imagine the lines won't ever be held up like that until the post-season.

Record crowd and a new stadium means extra people spending money on concessions to see if anything is new.

part of the problem, at least at the concession closest to us, was that a middle school was running it and they were not prepared. no calculators. every order the person jotted the prices down on a piece of paper and added it up. and it slowed things down a lot!

I had no problems on saturday ... only had to wait on 1 guy to use the bathroom and concessions was wide open when i walked up to it to get my nachos. I did go right before the 7th inning stretch though !!! what happened with the 2nd parachute guy that ended up in the parking lot dropping at a high rate of speed?

Friends said the group in right field was not using calculators either and charging people a dollar or two too much.

You weren't sitting in far left field towards the top... were you?

Forget the parachute guy... I wanted the stupid mofo in the helicopter to fall out!

Argh! The helicopter Friday night was incredibly annoying. I felt like he was parked right over my head for about 2 innings. I was hoping someone was going to jack a shot straight at him.

I didn't have problems with concessions or bathrooms. Everything moved pretty quickly for me. I was in section 204 along the first base line.

yes ... first base line was pretty nice ... i sat in 206 beside the camera guy on the 16th row ... loved the big seats, plenty of space, now the basketball game i felt the seats were small and toooo close
