You're right. It's just one game. I still stand by what I said. O is not qualified to be the head coach at LSU. If he was, we wouldn't have to spend a fortune on coordinators to cover up what he isn't. With the talent we have, even though we are young, 4 or 5 losses is IMO a huge red flag.
He knows. Didn't you see his tagline "Banned user walking" He called him out when he first came back too
Don't you have anything better to do than monitor my Internet activity. OTOH, you live in Bunkie, so probably not.
Same here. Didn't lose a wink. And I'll clear my slate for next Saturday nights game like I always will. Regardless who our coach is, who our QB is or what our record is. In NO way did I think we were winning a SEC or National Championship this year. So it's just 1 game, 1 loss to me. My only beef is wasting time. Why waste time with a QB that we know isn't Championship Caliber when we can be grooming next years signal caller. I understand not throwing him to the wolves but at some point he needs to to see the field. Lastly while talking about wasting time, (I'm upset with myself for feeling this way) but I can't help but feel that we're wasting time with Coach O too if a national championship program is our goal. I know... I know.....
That's where I am now. In my late 40's, I understand that life is relatively short, and I have other, real concerns, whereas football is supposed to be a diversion. Last Sunday night, a disgruntled ex-husband mowed down 8 people at his ex-wife's house who were gathered for a Cowboys watching party. That was 2 miles from my house, directly across the alley from a co-workers whose teenaged son and friends were swimming in her pool as people were being shot 20 feet away. My mother-in-law, with whom I have NO relationship, is wasting away in a nursing facility, causing stress in my house. I have a new driver and will be paying for college in two years. LSU football is a pastime, but real life is what needs my attention. Your dad is a very wise man.
I heard about Plano, disgusting and tragic! I agree 100%. All while these "kids", because that's what they are "kids", pretty much all take it for granted and lack loyalty. I'm not a fan of when the fans leave the stadium early, but how can the LSU players bitch about loyalty without it being a double standard when we lose countless juniors to the NFL and they don't even make rosters. Come back, get the degree that was paid for 3 out of 4 years and help this team and State bring home a conference and even a national title! Meanwhile some how Bama pays all their players enough to return for their senior seasons. Most of them anyway.
