The numbers behind why some of us are not feeling all that satisfied and comfy heading into the meat of SEC play. But none of it matters if LSU can keep improving and get the W. I'm expecting a "just win" kind of season.
8 attempts for 83 yards on kickoff returns We can't seem to figure out how to get Trindon the ball. #13 keeps running it back instead. A reverse handoff to Trindon would be a nice change of pace.
near the bottom in alot of crucial categories. 9th in passing offense. 9th in passing defense. 7th in passing efficiency. 10th in rushing offense, ouch! 9th in rushing defense, ouch! 3rd in scoring defense, that is good! 9th in scoring offense, this is pretty bad considering the weapons we have. 9th in total defense, and dead last in the SEC in total offense. 9th in sacks, tied for 9th in tackles for a loss.
im a big believer in stats BUT, its too early to take much from them and win% is the biggest stat. my concern at the moment is even if the team keeps winning what sort of offensive playmakers want to come to lsu? particularly when they see that there are, what?, 4 or 5 5star recruits on O?
