My initial thought on your first statement was rather disturbing. Having images of pictures of native Africans with piercings and plates in their faces, shrunken heads, and cannibalism that National Geographic always has. I was thankful to realize you said "order cajun", not order a cajun. Of course there are cultures in LA lore that will gladely assist you in your quest if you meant it the other way.
