If this should be moved mods, feel free.

In New Orleans Saints country, kid in Colts jersey is sent home from school | Super Bowl Central - - NOLA.com

It seems childish for a principal to act this way. However, the further I read, the more I see that this kid got what he wanted... A reaction. Shouldn't have gone as far as it did, but this is my favorite part:

Apparently they had a choice between school uniforms and Saints gear. Some people just want to push buttons. And others have no tact.

Maybe the Frosts should move to Indy. Their name fits the weather there better anyway.

I think they are both stupid...simple rules and he broke them he's 17 he should have some type of sense they did this just to get attention ...if you didnt want to wear saints gear wear ya damn uniform period. He was told ahead of time to and warned.

We had "Black and Gold Day" on Friday. Our rules for the students were either wear your uniform or wear black and gold. Any student not wearing one of those two was sent to TOR for the day.

    They are from Indy.

Kid broke the rules. I don't see any problem with what happened. Of course, they got the ACLU involved so it'll be blown out of proportion.

I think the principal was wrong for having a Black and gold day and not allowing the kid from Indy to show his true colors. It's not like he was wearing gang flags and throwing signs or anything...get real.

If they had a black and gold day in Indiana for Purdue, I sure as hell would have worn LSU purple and gold to school...and so would all of you.:tigereye: !!

The kid was right and the principal is a Nazi !!!

I think they should have let the kid wear it and let the rest of the school rag his ass all day long to teach him a lesson, no violence of course, but it has to suck being the least popular kid in school, even if it is for a day.

of course. i mean if the kid had gotten stuck in his locker for an hour, or stuck his head in a flushing toilet, it would have been purely by accident. accidents do happen, you know.

Maybe he would have accidentally duct taped himself to a phone pole wearing nothing but his colts jersey
