I don't know about yall, but I'm disappointed. 2theadvocate.com | News | Police and Fire Briefs for Aug. 30, 2009 — Baton Rouge, LA
sh!t happens. DWI laws are pretty ... well i'm not going to go into personal feelings, but sh!t happens.
doctors, lawyers, and politicians get these things all the time. luckily no one was hurt and hopefully a lesson was learned. (like don't get caught)
don't be so presumptuous. i never said that DWIs were not anything serious, but just think how easy it is to get one. go out and have a glass of wine with dinner? don't do anything to get stopped. if you blow, you're going to jail.
its pretty easy if you choose to break the law, i guess. with that being said i truly dont care about davids personal life.
2 of my three lines were said tongue in cheek. i personally have never gotten a DWI but know a handful of people who have. but probably about 75% of the people i know and myself included could've gotten one at one time. probably a third of tiger stadium after a home game could probably get one. i'm not in high school or college anymore and choose to make better decisions now, but let's not get crazy with this.
Well the reckless driving and excessive noise isn't a glass of wine and just happened to get stopped. Doing a burnout while drunk is pretty stupid.
He must have gotten out pretty quickly as he was signing autographs at the Taste of Tiger Tailgating last night.
