College World Series

My daughter and her husband are talking about going to the College World Series, they haven't decided yet for sure, just talking about it.

 

If they have the means, they should definitely geaux. It is a most exhilirating time.

I haven't been since 2000. And that was the second time I went. First was in 1993. They make improvements to that park every year it seems, so I could imagine how much fun it is out there now.

 

They really are thinking about it.

By the way, your baby is getting more beautiful every day.

 

As teams get knocked out, some rooms will open up. Check hotels in Lincoln, NE and Council Bluffs, IA. I just got rooms in Council Bluffs. I lived in Omaha for 3 years and they do a good job putting the CWS on and they love the Tigers.

Also, they are building a new stadium, so if you haven't been to Rosenblatt, you should get there before it is gone

She checked the other day, and they still had some rooms, but I don't know where they were at.

Council Bluffs is actually 5 minutes from stadium. They also have a couple of casinos in Council Bluffs.
