Two in a row for the SEC in Baseball, and 5 of last 6 in football. There is a mega conference in college sports its called the SEC.....
You gotta hear some of these 'necks try and throw the extree syllable in there, y'know, to sound intelligent and all. But yeah, it's usually minus one.
so, back to the cws for a minute before i crash and burn for a few hours before driving tomorrow.... a crazed female fan, a streaker, extra innings, another baseball national championship in the sec, and getting to say i was at the last game at the blatt. what a great night! :thumb:
The cameras wouldn't show the extra curricular activities on the field. The players seemed to enjoy it though. It was a good game. Okie, don't know if you saw it but the UCLA 1st baseman punched the bench after he made the error to let SC score late in the game. I think he broke his hand. They had to take him out.
Okie please shed some light on this for me. Did South Carolina even make the SEC tournament? Or were they an at large pick for the regional they went to?
sc was the number one seed and host of their regional. they were the three seed in the sec tourney but went 0-2 in the tourney.
in their regional. they were not a national seed. they were paired with the coastal carolina who was a national seed. but still i agree, keep it in the sec.:thumb:
LSU Matters when it comes to ratings. Attendance was also down which was a little surprising given it was the final year in Rosenblatt. College World Series ratings down minus LSU
i also expected larger crowds for the last year at rosenblatt. hell, any kind of crowd would have been better than what it was. on day one of the final series, just four hours to game time, it was still a ghost town around rosenblatt. i have never seen it like that before, and it shocked me. it was sad to see the old girl go out without the party she deserved.
