I have a 73” and looking to upgrade to an 84”. Altho, i’m sure something bigger will catch my eye when it comes out.
They pretty much don't. Stanford University will provide free tuition to parents of students who earn less than $125,000 per year — and if they make less than $65,000, they won't have to contribute to room and board costs, either. Students themselves will have to pay up to $5,000 each year from summer earnings, savings, and part-time work. There's no rule that parents can't cover their students' required contribution. Stanford is much more generous toward middle-class and upper-middle-class students than the federal government is. Most students who get subsidized loans and federal Pell Grants come from families making less than $60,000 per year. But it also enrolls an outsize proportion of wealthy students. In 2010, the university's director of financial aid said the median family income at Stanford was around $125,000. On the other hand, only 14 percent of entering freshmen got federal Pell Grants in 2012, which typically go to students from families making less than $50,000 per year. Nationally, 41 percent of undergrads received Pell Grants. Stanford enrolls a high proportion of wealthy students, who pay higher tuition that helps subsidize lower-income peers. And the acceptance rate to Stanford? 4.3%.
Is it just me or did any one notice this: Texas A&M Aggies // SEC // Rev. $148 mil // Prof. $107 mil Texas Longhorns // Big 12 // Rev. $133 mil // Prof. $87 mil Michigan Wolverines // Big Ten // Rev. $127 mil // Prof. $75 mil Alabama Crimson Tide // SEC // Rev. $127 mil // Prof. $59 mil The serious drop off in profits that are seen from the gumps? So are the wolverines just that good at finances or is that pretty good evidence that the gumps pay their players? You know that extra 16 million could buy some moms, dads, girlfriends ect some nice cars and such Or that might be where they get the pay off money for the refs
LSU is #9 w// SEC // Rev. $112 mil // Prof. $56 mil. There is a $15 mil revenue // $3 mil dollar profit difference between the Gumps and LSU. By your logic LSU pays players too, we just suck at talent evaluation.
These numbers are reported just like stats in The US News' college rankings list. You could make it look a lot better if you wanted to. Some just dont give a damn.
