I've had PM discussions with a couple of participants and some questions have been asked that we need to decide on. How are we going to determine the champion at the end of the year? Is it going to be on who has the most number of wins or who has the best W-L percentage? Going with the most number of wins favors someone who participates all 13 weeks. Going with the best percentage allows someone who joined late to be in the mix at the end of the season. I'm leaning towards the best W-L percentage with a minimum of 10 weeks participation. For someone who participates all 13 weeks and for someone who joined late and only participated 10 weeks I would think the individual who participated all 13 weeks would be allowed to toss out 3 weeks. Let me know what you think and we'll go with the majority opinion.

I have no problem with the WL percentage being the deciding factor as long as a 13 week, 12, week or 11 week player can discard 3, 2 or 1week if needed.
