You raise an interesting point and one that I've been thinking about. I'll sound out the participants and go with what ever the majority wants. We are scheduled to go 13 weeks. Our 12 games and the bye week. At the outset I was thinking of naming as Champion whoever had the most games picked correct. I've thought about whoever has the best winning percentage being named Champ but it would have to be done in a way that gives people like you and other late joiners a chance but doesn't penalize someone who has picked every week. I'm open for suggestions and as stated previously we'll go with what the majority decides.
