LSU up to #11 in ESPN/USA Today Poll

Primed to break into the top 10 perhaps for tourney time.

I can't imagine we'd crack the top 10 unless we won the SEC tourny and possibly win out before the NCAAs. Probably won't happen next week even with wins over Vandy and Auburn.

we've jumped all the good teams from weak conferences and teams with much worse records. all thats left are bball powerhouses. maybe if WF and KU lose two games. MAYBE. WF has beaten UNC, Duke and Clemson.

As of this time in 2006, LSU was ranked #21 in ESPN/USA Today and AP, and never rose above #18 in either before the tournament.

This time in 2000, LSU was ranked #12 in the AP and ranked #10 the following week.

If we win those games odds are we will move up.
