Duke's lack of athleticism showed in the 2nd half.

I like UConn to take it this year. That's a complete team.

UNC won't play defense for 6 straight games come tourney time.

Thabeet is as soft as a pat of butter. UNC will wax them easily.

They've proven that they can and will do it under Roy. This is the year.

Watch out for Blake Griffin and OU as well.

We'll have to see if Thabeet can show up for three games in a row. There are about ten or so teams that have a shot to win it all - but all of them can beat the other on any given night. Should be fun to watch.

you must know 'em when you see 'em, Yankee fan.

UNC has had roughly 3-4 great seasons in my life and one was in 1993 when I didn't follow CBB.

I began to like UNC when Guthridge was the coach -- the were not exactly a juggernaut then.

From what I've heard UNC will win it all this year, not even close and certainly not Dook. I'll never forget what a job TT did on JJ that year:

They don't need to lock anyone down. they just need to not give up 85-90, because no one can control them -- especially when they're getting a few stops and are playing up-tempo basketball.

    Just too many horses.

I saw ND crush Louisville... that big white guy from Indiana on the ND team was pretty fun to watch.

I also watched Gonzaga play a pretty good St. Mary's team (St. Mary's got votes in the last Coaches Poll, tied with BYU at about #35). I talked to some big Gonzaga fans, and they think Gonzaga is a Final Four-caliber team.

That win for the Zags was not very impressive.

St. Mary's all-world player is out with injury and without him, St. Mary's has lost 4 of 5.

The Zags should have cleaned their clocks.

Granted, a win is a win.

Is is possible for a sport to be more boring than Big 10 football? Big 10 basketball is trying their hardest. It has always been boring but after tonight's 38-33 game between PSU and Illinois Im about ready to call it a tie between the two sports.
