Just going from what I remember about the video, but wasn't he blocked from the camera's view for the critical couple of seconds before he went down? Could he have reached for something in the SUV, maybe even a gun? Could be an explanation for the situation escalating, but I don't see why she would have shot him after he was tased to the ground. Can't see how this one will be ruled a good shoot.
Here's what I see: She fired when the taser deployed. No trigger discipline, and squeezed a round when that taser shot. Just my observation.
