This is the most succinct I have ever seen this put. This is exactly my thinking as well. If we adjust/try other formations and offensive wrinkles away from the original game plan and still lose, the sting is not as bad. Another thing that sucked. The Bama fans got to and get to thumb their dumbass crimson noses at Fournette. Kid deserved a better shot in this of ALL games.
You do realize that TCU got their ass handed to them this weekend as well right? Do you think Ohio State would have beaten Alabama playing they way they did Saturday? Or even Baylor for that matter?
Maybe. But one thing I know for certain. Urban would have had a more imaginative offensive game plan than Les and his staff came up with.
