I do think the QB situation demoralized the entire team. Even without RP here, his legacy still tainted our season. It's unfortunate, but Coach Miles did what he had to do. It must've been an even more excrutiating decision, knowing how little we had @ the QB position.

The defense was bad enough, but our problems at QB filtered down to everything as the season wore on.

Ultimately, the team put it all on the line against Bama and played a d@mn strong game, but JL literally threw the game away.

    It's been downhill since then.

And any coach can lose a team like that. Saban lost a heartbreaker to us last year and didn't win another regular season game. Look at where they are this year.

From time to time, a gut check, like this season, can be a good thing for a team--if it's handled correctly in the off-season.

This is such a stupid post it is hard to respond to it. One year does not a decline make. Most coaches have a bad year now and then. So chill out. Please.:rolleye33:

I think what demoralized the team was that the Head Coach spent most of the season with his head up his ass on the QB issue.

You could see it on the field. Receivers in WTF mode when faced with 60 minutes of basically running wind sprints because there was nobody to throw the damn ball to them most of the time. And when they did get it they were led into traffic and received punishing hits from lip licking linebackers just waiting for their chance to be in TOP 10 plays on Sportscenter.

Noticeably absent from the "kool aid" call out are CParso, SabanFan, LSUGraddin99.

At least I'll give padaucahmike props for showing up the last two days. We may not always agree but he shows up to give his side.

In the unlikely event no changes are made. This should be a required read.[IMG]

Right on brother. Let's get this DC thing handled, get some coaching up at the QB position with Jefferson and Sheppard and we can turn this thing around. I just hope CLM is not stubborn to dig in his heals with Peveto and Mallory.

Willie Martinz of Georgia may have just become available for DC. I think he excused himself at the end of the third quarter today to freshen up his resume.
