It is so refreshing to see a coach who is in it to win it for his team and not just for the sake of his resume. The positive relationship that he has built with his team is obvious. He is an exemplary role model for what his team and his fans should become on the field and in everyday life: encouraging, moral, ethical, strength of heart, real and loyal. His team has apparently learned a great deal from him. They never crumbled when chips were down. They fought a great fight no matter the circumstances. Nick Saban, I hope you took notes this season, because you flunked miserably.
