Maybe he wants to beat Saban twice in a year to let him know who rules the SEC. That and I'm sure he doesn't want to live with all the what if talk that he will undoubtedly get living so close to them down there.
This is much more revealing than how CLM voted. Saban was one of only 6 votes out of 59 coaches to put Stanford ahead of OSU...that's likely because he knew it would be very close...and a 4th place vote was just as damaging to the OSU cause as a 2nd place vote was helpful. That is just chickenshyt, in my opinion. Coach Miles could have ranked Bama 3rd, but he didn't...yet, here we have Saban bucking 90% of the voters to push OSU down to #4. What a coward.
Actually Les made it clear, his #3 was merely a proxy vote on behalf of coach Gundy's confidence in his team.
I agree. It reveals an awful lot about the characters of Saban and Miles. I wonder where Saban had OSU in last week's poll? Did he drop them to 4th, or is that where he had them all along?
I agree Tusk. Gundy should have made a better case for his team. To say Bama was the better team last week hurt him. Even if its true you have to stand up for your team. T-Boone and Gundy should have campaigned the minute they lost that game. Damage control. You can say what you want about Nick and Bama, they did what they needed to play the system. Until we get a playoff you will have to do a little lobbying for your team.
And your scum bag coach voted them #4 behind a team that didn't even win their division. Make that 2 teams.
Just Saban being Saban. He is always going to look out for himself. Frankly, I'm kind of shocked he didn't put Bama #1.
Come on Guys.........enough with the boo whooing of who were playing......bama and LSU are the 2 best teams in the country.....so the BCS got it right!! Lets just play the game....and to our boys I say......" leave NO doubt"
