    suitable answer

I do not know if there is a "suitable answer"-But something happened! I pretty much lean to the locker room squabble before the game scenario that somone posted on this site.
LSU is successful due largely to their fans-very rabid fans-and I think we need a little better explanation as to why one of the BEST FOOTBALL TEAMS to ever put on a uniform played this way.
Yes-it is over and done and nothing will change that! BUT...this could happen again-or something similar. To not change your game plan-to not change Quarterbacks, regardless of the reason, is kind of hardheaded and frankly stupid!! Sounds like a individual showing everyone on the team just who is in control!!
I know I need to move on-and I will. But every player on that LSU squad, every LSU fan got cheated!

Seriously? Yall are still hung up on that? Bama played a bad game on Nov 3, and we played a terrible game on Jan 9th. For whatever reason, it happens. Nothing else to see here other than everyone's speculation and conspiracy theories, and that's all there will be. We will likely never know if there was a fight for sure before the game, if Lee was on Miles' chit list, or if Gary Crowton was secretly calling the plays via facebook instant messaging. Who cares? It's ancient history.

Bhelm's right... There isn't a thing they could say that would be a satisfactory explanation to the fans. They could come out and say "We flat out sucked, and JJ shouldn't have been the QB; we get it now.." and the fans would still be unsatisfied, even though that's what they feel is the cause of the loss.

I'm not one to tell anyone to stop posting about it or anything, but you're in for a long season if you keep dwelling on what happened Jan. 9th, or the fact that it could possibly happen again. I'm looking forward to what we have for the coming season to make the longest part of my year a little more pleasant, if nothing else.

Sigh.. there. I feel better now. Sorry, it's been a rough day today.

There was no pre-game squabble... The players appeared to lose faith in Jefferson/the offense, but unfortunately we all know how Lee performs against Bama - putting him in the game would not have made a difference.
