    That should have been a bare minimum demand in order to get the job. I'd also like to see more change on the offensive side beginning with Grimes, but not necessarily ending there.

    I wish he had more coaching experience , but right now all i care about is if he would end the stupid zone blocking scheme or not.

    They have to get rid of Peveto. Special teams leave a bit to be desired. They have NEVER been good since Miles hired the man with 3 names.
