Hate to thread Hi jack BUT several of those outstanding lefire: defensive players were from that sorry HS ( South Panola Tigers in Batesville) that 50% of the wannabe football know-it-alls in here get their panties in a wad when I post their AMAZING HS win streak/ record/ accomplishments etc. What is it they always say, they havent played anyone? :insane: Derek Pegues was ALMOST @ LSU but switched when Saban left. He would be PLAYING right now in our secondary and yes we DO NEED him. the boy is a Stand out for MSU, even though MSU isnt that great, he stands out. Dont kid yourself, the boy would be suited up for the Tigers a starter. It's not JUST coaching in the secondary, we lost some tremedous talent back there that is hard to replace. It all starts with recruits. One of the biggest snags of the year when Miles first got here, that made it a great recruiting class was Perriloux. :shock: It wasnt a stellar calls until that point. that didn't pan out. NOT that Miles knew, BUT.... One of the biggest things Saban did was Recruit and KEEP Players. Not saying Miles hasn't, just saying it HAS to happen. There is ALOT of parity in College FB Especially in the SEC. We have to recruit, good ethical young men and find a way to Inspire them and keep them. And Im not loving up on Saban trust me, I could care less about him, Im all LSU.
