want is 4. as in jordan jefferson has a real want to step up and lead this quality team. and on quality, i'll take the over.
You would think that someone would have told him by now to chill on the use of the word "quality"...especially when talking about people and not produce. He will literally use the word 75 times on his radio show on WWL. It comes on at night.....thought about making a drinking game out of it.
this. he says want even more than quality. its just a less obvious word. i think jordan jefferson has the want to be a good quarterback. And we wanted to give him the opportunity to develop there. The want to play and win is something we want to establish to become a championship team. Our players are quality individuals. They want to come together. My wants are to prepare my team to the best of their ability. I think if LSU does what they're capable of doing we will play well and play for a victory within each contest.
Not sure what to make of that. Either want has become "is" and quality has become a damn good team, or he has given up.
You didn't miss a whole bunch. Talked about being picked to finish 4th in the west, Jim asked what was wrong with cough medicine addict, asked about JJ. Typical coach speak response: We have a good team and need to execute the rest will take care of itself, I don't know what is wrong with jamarcus, he did what we asked him to do here, JJ is coming along fine and for the first time in a few years we have a QB with 2 yrs exp. Nothing ground shaking and nothing unexpected.
