    Under the SEC contract with the Sugar Bowl the highest ranked team not in the playoffs goes to the Sugar

    if we win out, LSU is going to the Sugar Bowl.

    If that does indeed happen, coach Eaux is definitely going to be in the running for this job.

    very sorry, the loses would be, in the SEC (which matters to lsu) to A&M, UGA and Bama........ giving them 3 losses in the SEC. Very sorry for my mistake

    In this day and age of cut-throat, dollar rules college football, LSU has a unique opportunity to make a "Cinderalla" hire and ride it to the top.

    Quite frankly, I don't think that LSU has the dollars to buy into the very top tier. I hope that we have the smarts to see if the glass slipper fits O's foot. Who knows... Five years of O and then Aranda takes his turn as LSU's HC.

    It'll take more than money, even if LSU pays him a million more than any other DC. He'd have to believe that he's not only helping to build the top program in the country, but that he's learning the skills to be a successful HC of the top program which he's had a hand in building. Can O sell it? Let's put the glass slipper on and find out!
