    I like what he's done and if we keep Coach O, we need to bring in a great and proven OC who can develop QB's. And.... I want a modern day Offense.

    That's what I think. Though I'm no big fan of the spread, I'd be happy with ANY offense that develops QBs and takes advantage of the abundance of speed and athleticism we have on the roster.

    I like running pro-style, I think it's a good selling point for recruiting. If done well it is effective.
