    guil-blow actually did a pretty good job at the positives and negatives of the co dc's. of course, he votes against it, but that's not all that unpopular of an opinion i would suspect, as some have showed apprehension about this on this board.

    i do agree that one of the two should be the main playcaller and take charge of the D and i would think that would be mallory. but who knows, hopefully a decision will be made before signing day but at the same time i want miles to make the right choice for the team and if delaying the decision or interviewing candidates that are still coaching in the NFL is part of that then i trust in Les to do the right thing.

    Does anyone else find it curious that Tenuta is still unemployed? I'm not so sure that anyone knows what's going on here...except maybe :milesmic:. Tenuta was rumored to be headed to LSU, Mich St, USCe, and others...but all of these programs have filled the position...'cept LSU. Just sayin'.:cool:

    We were just talking 'bout that last night at dinner...hmmmm:huh: I would've thought if it was "in-house" it would've been done by now...things sure are quiet

    yeah that's kinda been my feeling on the whole thing (you'd know more than i) but if this was a slam dunk it'd be done especially before signing day. i don't know if more interviews are happening or scheduled to happen but that's gotta be the hold up.

    It would have happened by now if not for some reason. Perhaps recruiting comes into play for some reason. Perhaps one or both of the coaches is not very happy with such an arrangement and is considering another offer. Perhaps Les is still considering an outsider.

    Money is an issue.

    They still trying to figure out Miles' raise and how much a special teams coach will cost, etc...

    point blank, they need to sort out how much $ to spend.

    Well, I hear all this talk of how Tenuta is hard to get along with...but bottom line, he produces results...enough to where he should've been picked up by SOMEBODY by now. That is the reason I'm not buying the done deal with the dual DC's...because I can't help but think that SOMETHING is in the works for Tenuta. Otherwise, he wouldn't be standing around this late in the game with no job.
