Did anyone realize that our co def coords are im pretty sure the LB and secondary coaches which are the coaches in which we have the most problems?

I dont think people realize how good our CB's have been over the past 5-6 years. Even when Jackson, Webster, Daniels, and Zenon were young they still didnt make as many mistakes as most young CB's do. A lot of people thought our DB's were going to be making plays because we have a couple of five stars back there but its not that easy, and we have been more than fortunate that our previous CB's adjusted so easily. We were fotunate to have a coach back then that was a DB master, but most cant coach young DB's up that well.

We have problems on defense and our DC's should receive tons of blame, but some of the problems should have been expected. Changing coordinators while breaking in young guys is not an easy process.

 

I think what he meant so say was that Peveto coaches the LB's and Mallory coaches the DB's.

 

I think most everyone realized that, it's not a new assignment for them.

 

For sure we have 3 five star recruits back there. Eugene,Peterson, and Jones. Of course this isn't high school however.
